30 Year customer last 5 have been bad. Internet drops all the time, had modem replace 4 times. Call on 8/24 for upgrade for faster service and the could not come out until 9/5. That would have been ok but they did not show up. Call at 9 to say the job would take 4 hours and they had to many orders that day. Call the support line and was reschedule for the 12th. This time they did not show or call just reschedule without me knowing for the next Monday. Only problem I was not going to be at home. Call support again this time I was mad, ask for supervisor but the person I talk to did not sound like he know what he was talking about. Call again on Monday, this person tried to help and got an appointment on the next Saturday. On Saturday morning I get a call saying that they have a job ahead of me and they would most likely not be coming out. Ask why I was not on top of the list after 2 no shows, he said his supervisor would call. No call again. After no show I am done and looking for a new internet provider.

They are horrible. They are historically a little behind the times in their technology, they have very poor customer service, when these houses were built, they made them fiber optic. When I call customer service, they misinformed me, because they could not understand the technology I had. When they installed my telephone, they gave me the number of someone else, and when I called them, they said no it was okay, but my phone wouldn't ring. They called me and said that they have this new fiber optic service, and they wanted to give me faster internet connection. I told them I was happy with what I had and was not looking to pay any more. They said that that it would not cost more. I told them that I had fiber optic, so they said that they just needed to change the modem. They gave a window of 8 to 12 on Saturday, and they did not show up. I didn't bother, but a couple of days later, I left a message to say that nobody showed up. On Saturday, I got a call at 7pm and he asked if I was sorted out, I said nobody called, or showed up, and he asked if he should come over. Then a couple of days later, the kid who had been calling me called me to say why he hadn't called, and I told him it was fine I didn't need it. Then someone called a few days later to ask me how the service that they did was. I told the guy nobody had showed, and this guy promised he would come out. I said okay, and he did not show up. A few days later I got another call, and I told her about what had happened, and she said that I had the highest that they had, and she said that I would be charged $5. I got my bill, and they had charged $50. I called them, and they squared it away. They are very unreliable, the system is down all the time.
