The person I used was helpful, she wasn't pushy, she helped us with some work which is to do with decisions and I enjoyed working with her. She was good, she reduced our real estate fee which I like.

Following Steve Christian and Olga Burtseva recommendations we hired a stager to prepare the house. The house was put on the Realtor open house on Wednesday and Sunday we had our first offer. We accepted an offer on Thursday. During that time Steve and Olga held two open houses and a wine and cheese party. After we accepted the offer they continued to market and show the house in the event the escrow didn't complete. Everything went fine and the house closed 21 days after offer acceptance.

Kathryn Hampton with First Team was the perfect Realtor! As first-time home buyers, we had an awfult lot of questions, all of which Kathryn helped us with. From finding the right home, getting our offer accepted, the inspection, back and forth on repairs, and finally closing, Kathryn was there taking care of us every step of the way. There were many things that popped up at us (seller, lender, title, etc.) that Kathryn talked us through and ultimately handled for us. We're so very fortunate to have found her!
