Service was inconsistent, communication was horrible. The whole thing was terrible. Our gardener was constantly changing. They people showing up did not know what to do, once I got to talk to the regional manager it started to get better but I was not going to stay with them. They would call  me during a meeting trying to find out what they  needed to do on my lawn.

They are doing an adequate job for me.  They are a fairly new company and they are spread all over.  We don't have a consistent gardener. They've been doing ok.  I wouldn't give them an A; I wouldn't give them and F either, they do an adequate job.  They are the middle of the road.  They could have more contact with the homeowner.  When they are trimming the bushes, they should talk to the homeowner and ask what we want rather than just trimming them the way they think.  They could communicate better.  They are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive, they are in the middle of the road.  Some of the workers are more careful than the others, and some are just doing their job.  They are on time and they do their work.  They are on a bi-weekly service and we use them.

It was cheap. I expected a bit more maybe they can add a more their service. I expected them to do a more than what they did.They promised to make your yard beautiful, but they just removed leaves from the yard. I just expected more.Also when I talked to them about irrigation, the person wasn't familiar with the irrigation.
