Provider was responsive, friendly and did the Job the someday.
Our Homedepot 12Yr warranted water heater failed a 2nd perhaps 3rd time Friday evening. (GE / Rheem)
Jumped through hoops to talk to Rheem to seek resolution (back East limited call times). Rheem advised via tasking me to try this n that. (If I wanted to labor I wouldn't have hired it done initially and saved the $). The "authorized" vendors were unavailable the weekend. ENOUGH! Scrapping it / no more H.D., Rheem, the whole thing. Found Drain Master; local, willing to talk, and came the next business day (Monday) to review and finalize a deal and got us restored with Hot Water that day. 6Yr warranty, 1yr Labor. Local service more likely to fix it if (hope not) we've failure. Never again a 12yr. useless warranty. Never again a corporation for support. Keep it local / USA. New tank made in USA (Rheem maybe not be USA made).
