Stucco Service, Stone and Gravel Service
The city are after me so Dilos are doing the outside of my garage. They are going to do step-stone. I took the wood facing off because of termite damage, for the third time. I've been fighting the city for 6 months and I told them I wasn't going to put it back. He's been working with me and we've finally got the approval so I don't have to put the facing back and it is being stuccoed. To compensate for the aesthetic effect being changed, they are making me put the step stone all around instead of just doing the corners which was the original plan. Dilos are a good company, they are stone specialists. The only thing I don't like about him is he wants the money up front. They quoted me $3000 to just do the corners and the stucco, and I had to buy my own materials. I've just got another bill from him because he has to extend the stone around the sides.
