Dewell Construction

It is a small construction company that did major work for me in 2013. He was excellent. He is terrific. He just did more about four or five months ago in 2015. He has done a lot of things. He does incredible finish work. If anything does not go quite right he comes back and works on it until he finishes it according to your expectations. He is a great positive energy to have around. He is a great people person and does not overcharge. I mean, he is not cheap but he does not gouge you. You pay generally as you go as the job is done. He also has done some work for some very particular people here in town on historical homes. I am not the only satisfied customer. He is just great and he does not advertise. It basically is word of mouth unless he has signs in your yard for several weeks while he is working on your house. I just found out about him from a painter who was painting my house. The only reason I would use somebody else was if I was just desperate and  he was not available because he was on another job. Another thing he does is he does not take on more than he can handle. He doesn't take on, like, six or eight jobs if he knows that at the particular time he can only handle two or three. He only hires people that he trusts and that he is very close to. He does not become rich off of this; he does not  go our out and hire a crew of, you know, cheap labor in order just to get the job done while he is off working on somebody else's home so he can keep you going. He is there with people that you know and  that you are familiar with and are his friends. He does not hire anybody else to work with him so you can always trust who is around.
