He was very professional. He didn't do the foundation or the block part of the building. He did exactly what was needed and up to code. He is always on time, if he says he is going to be there, he will be there.

I did most of the work, but he was my pro on the job. We did it to code, and it was perfect. He painted my house about 3 years ago, at a fantastic price, and he did an excellent job. The quality was better than I expected. I would have probably paid 40% more if I had it done through the bigger companies. If I call, he come out right away, because he recognizes that if he doesn't return my call, then I will try someone else, and if they are good enough, then he will loose the job. If something is not up to code, he will say we need to change it.

Dave Rodriguez is an excellent choice for anyone who needs painting work done. I would not use anyone else. He is meticulous in preparation and in dealing with rot. His crew pays close attention to detail. And his prices are reasonable. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
