Exterior Painting
David began by power washing the entire house. The next day priming was done where needed as well as stucco patching and caulking. This was a difficult job. There was a lot of trim to paint a different color than the main body of the house. David also took care of loose trim shingles(wooden) that were on the roof. David also painted areas of trim that I did not ask for. He was very attentive to doing the job correctly. When I pointed out some missed trim spots he immediately took care of it. The job took a little longer than expected do to the weather, however overall I was extremely satisfied with the job. He originally quoted me $2200 however I had since then had extensive paint removal and stucco patching done on the house. So the end result was a quote of $1900. After completion of the job I was so impressed that I gave David a $300 tip.
