We had water damage from a burst pipe and in fact my insurance company I believe is going after them right now because not only did he redo the kitchen, his plumber mixed up the hot and the cold water lines for the dishwasher so just had to redo the floors again. I met a woman not too long ago that lives one of the houses that he built and she told me it was falling down too. When I called them about the problem in the kitchen which was last fall, he said he can't remember and he just told me I'm a liar. I paid them $25,000 and he didn't have to demo because it was already done and that didn't include any appliances. It is literally falling apart, I had to have another builder come in and redo all the doors for $2500 and they also had to tack down all the ends of the cabinets, they put the finished off laminate, it was all coming up so they have to fix that too, and all of his drywall was cracking. It wasn't that big of a kitchen, it's not small but it's not that great, and I let him use the granite that he had from the houses that he was not building because of the economy, he said he the granite and he said he would give me a great deal on it. It was the cheapest granite, I'm from Massachusetts which is right next to the granite state so I know granite, and this is crap. The floors had already been redone and he left the electrical hanging by the sink, the hook-up for the electrical and when I called the plumber in and the electrician, they took pictures on it. It was that bad and it was Sunshine Dial One who came in and they also got Angie's Best in your book. They are the ones that came in and did the plumbing and the electrical, to fix that after him. When I told them that, he said they were not very good.
