They’re cost competitive. They also make accommodations and they’ll do the service right away. It’s nice for instance if you go on shopping, you can put your car in and then while you do your shopping they can do your tires and it’s done when you’re finished shopping. It’s a fantastic set up. I think it’s a competitive price and quality. They have a unique thing where they put a nitrogen in your tires which is something that advertisers put a green valve stems so that they’ll know that you got it at Costco and they’ll say they’ll come refill your tires with air that get low anytime you want which is a great service. However, the last few times that I would go do that I would roll up. The first time they came running out, they took care of it for me, and I didn’t have to get out of the car. The last two times I did it, they said, “hey it’s right over there, go do it yourself.” The professionalism went down away so that is actually, why I chose to go find another tire vendor. I appreciated the service in the beginning but something happened with certain individual that is why their service wasn’t like in the beginning. It’s weird because you actually have to walk into the garage section, there’s a compressor, and you have to take the host. It’s not a self-service set up. You can tell this isn’t something they normally would do. It felt weird and uncomfortable that is why I chose to try Les Scwabb.
