I really like him. I felt comfortable enough to leave him with a house key and ask him to lock up; I mean, I had to go. He just knows what he's doing. He's very professional, he's very knowledgeable. We went to put in - almost our entire downstairs is in tile and he did the whole thing. And when we had him installing in the bathroom, the tile kind of curved into the bathroom and we were going to do something that he didn't think was a good idea, and he disagreed with our opinion and told us why. So he knows enough to be able to consult more than just do what he's told. He absolutely was right on what he called us on.
