Clifford Yard Maintenance

Brick does not  know much about plants and landscaping advice.  I wanted a lot of my yard to be less maintenance and lower water consumption.  I wanted some large areas barked.  We talked about spraying the weeds before he barked it, but he didn't spray.  I did not get 4" of bark in most of my yard.  He wanted me to purchase another truckload of bark at my expense.  I felt his bid said 4" of bark and he should buy the bark at his expense.  He came back and put in some more, but did not give me 4".  Therefore the weeds are growing through it constantly.  I'm out there weeding and sprayng almost as much as before.  In this last month, as we are using our irrigation water consistently, the drip system has been blowing apart (5 times).  I had my husband put them back together, but yesterday I called Brick to fix the problem.  Two stations needed water pressure reduction.  I figured he would fix them so they worked property.  No way.  He insisted on $140 to fix it.  I think his work should be guaranteed for more than a few months.  He says that sprinklers are unpredictable.  I will never call him again for anything.
