Chanson Water provides excellent products, and their filters for the Chanson water ionizer and the nano filtration system are very good. The nano filter captures many of the bad minerals and other unwanted organisms from the drinking water which we were able to tell as one of the filters was full of iron (our water tests high in iron). The customer service was decent, but they need to be more competitive with discounts or free shipping which other companies are offering. We like the water system we have, and we use it along with our structured water machine as we read that it is not good to drink the alkaline ionized water on a full time basis.
