C & R Custom Cabinets

In a word - sublime. Finding Cesar and his crew (outstanding among whom was Luis) was incredible good fortune. Failing to find anyone on Angie's list that could do cabinet refinishing (astonishing!) we came upon this company via an ad in the local newspaper. We had requested other bids from companies claiming to provide this service, but found them all disinterested (as they only wanted to replace, not refinish. I should explain that the cabinets in question were all custom built in maple of the highest quality - therefore worthy of refinishing - we were loath to gut and replace them.) What a pleasure when Cesar and his son arrived at our home for the estimate. These people are among the most cordial, respectful and professional we have ever had into our home! They listened carefully to our questions, offered helpful (not pushy) suggestions and carefully noted our requirements. Their telephone quotation was prompt and specific. Based on our excellent personal exchange, we gave the go-ahead. What followed was performance that went far beyond our expectations and while the cost of this work is not trivial (for sure), the actual work performed certainly was a great value indeed! Specific things to point out are: 1) The crew was incredibly polite and friendly 2) The crew did an outstanding job at protecting the entire area surrounding the work area (sink, appliances, floor, ceiling - well, everything that they were not refinishing was covered) 3) The crew was respectful of our home and property in every regard 4) The crew went about their work quickly, quietly (as possible) and efficiently - our inconvenience was minimized as much as possible 5) The workmanship was superb. The result was not simply bringing these cabinets to new condition again, rather to a far BETTER condition than original. Clearly, the attention to detail, craftsmanship, commitment to quality and the grade of materials was top-notch This company deserves 5-star rating by any standard and we proudly recommend them to any looking for this service.
