Arrived first day and set to work prepping walls, filling nail holes, even caulking gaps between walls and baseboard. Recommended best paint brand for the job and applied two (sometimes more) coats of paint to all walls, baseboards, and trim around doors. We used color on the walls and an off-white for all trim and interior doors that required painting. They were very careful to provide clean, crisp lines between the two colors.
At the end of each day they meticulously reviewed their work looking for any inconsistencies. They then cleaned up their gear and cleaned our floors of any dust or other bits of work-related trash, sweeping floors and vacuuming carpet. During it all, my furniture and dark kitchen cabinets were protected to avoid any accidents. Even my 10-year-old Cocker Spaniel didn't phase them and he received royal treatment, too! They also, at the end of each day, returned furniture to its proper place and rehung paintings and other wall art.
The guys always had smiles on their faces and were eager to answer questions or concerns. Extremely professional and a joy to have in our home during the work process. In the end they even "removed" a many years old paint stain that I had made during a klutzy move that had me dropping a paintbrush with white paint on the dark blue carpeting. Awesome!
Though based in Shingle Springs, CA, Baird is more than happy to work in 70+ miles radius from Sacramento. I heartily recommend them!
