We had a 1390 SQ FT 3 bed 2 bath home that we decided to expand to a 4 bed 3 bath home. Originally we started off with various plans and setup and even chose an architect who did nothing but follow our instructions to draw up the plan. Then we contacted Hamid who came recommended from a friend.
Hamid (Owner of Area Construction) did an exceptional job for this project. He was able to understand our need and better recommend the plan and structure to us. Instead of just building to what we asked him he provided his expert view and pointed out mistakes we had made and also help us visualize the home how it would look when ready.
Once we finalized the plan and started the work he was present at site everyday inspecting the work. After our work started we had a family emergency needing international travel. Our entire family had to leave right in the middle of the project. Hamid took upon himself to ensure the safety of the home and its belongings and also personally supervised the operation while we were out of country for a month.
He kept in constant contact with us over phone and email and sent us daily progress pictures and comments while we were gone.
While being extremely thorough and professional his work had the personal touch rarely seen with hired contracting companies.
He has been able to finish the work well before the original planned completion date and get all required city approvals. It has been a great pleasure and stress free experience working with Hamid.
All of this came at a very reasonable rates when compared with all other quotes we received.
