He does weeding and general maintenance of the front and back yard. He and his employees come and they do a great job. He and his wife run the business. They do a decent job but when they say they are going to help with the weeds they only do part of it. Or one time one of the guys gave me advice on a tree that wasn't growing too well that we had just installed. For 6 months it was just sitting there not growing but not dying either. He goes, you need to replant this deeper. We did that and the original guy said no, you have to put it at the same line that I put it. He's a landscape guy. You just have to water it more. So, the advice was kind of messed up. I ended up having to pay for a brand new tree. It wasn't his fault per se but he was giving advice that wasn't accurate. Sometimes he just  cuts the roses off not at an angle so they grow back nicely. So, he doesn't have that sense about how to handle certain flowers. But overall they are consistent, they come regularly. They do the leaf blowing of the front and back yard. They water where it seems to be a lack of water. He does for the most part a decent job. They are really receptive. When I talk to Antonio or his son-in-law they listen and really take it seriously.
