American Chimney Sweep & Air Duct Cleaning

Paul (the owner) and Eric cleaned my chimneys, air ducts and dryer vent. They were incredibly easy to schedule. They gave me a two-hour appt window but also told me they would call 30 min out so I wouldn't have to wait around. They were friendly and professional. Paul explained absolutely everything he was doing and why. He looked in one of my chimneys and even told me that it didn't need to be cleaned (I wasn't sure if it had ever even been used) and that he would clean it if I really wanted him to, but better to just save the money. I needed a damper stop... he told me that he could install it for $35 or that he could tell me what part to get and I could buy it and install it myself for $15-$20... I just had him do it, but it was nice to have the option. He took additional time to explain the best usage for my fireplaces and even offered to come back for free to explain how to use them to my new tenants. It really is so rare to find someone who takes such good care of their customers and treats them like part of their business family... Paul is that guy. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
