All Phase Landscape aka The Lawn Man

I needed to have a hillside slope trimmed to remove dead weeds and grass. I called another local company first based on their "A" rating on Angie's List, but the call was not returned. My call to Ray "The Yard Man" was prompted by his ad in the local newspaper which mentioned "clean-ups". I checked the CA Contractor's License Board and verified that the license and insurance were current. Ray visited the property the day after I talked  to him, and he gave me a verbal quote of $285, which was in line with my own estimate. I gave Ray a telephone authorization to do the job, and it was done the following day. The work quality was excellent (and Ray even did a little extra trimming that wasn't really part of the slope trimming job). Approximately 30 large lawn bags were neatly stacked on my front yard (next to the street for trash pickup) so I only had to move them across the sidewalk on trash pickup day. I was billed for $285.00, as agreed.
I was very pleased with the quality and promptness of the work, and definitely recommend Ray "The Yard Man".
