Terrible.  The Verizon clerk didn't port over the correct # and then the manager told him that I would need to return the phone, come in the following day and re-buy my phone and then they would be able to port over the correct #.  Of course, since I got the phone through a Verizon promotion, I would lose the promotional $$.   I spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to correct the problem.  They said the store should have had no problems handling this issue.  My other issue with this branch is the long wait to see a sales person.  I will mention that the personnel were friendly but they seemed under a lot of pressure and perhaps the manager should have come onto the floor to help out.
