THE COMPANY IS A GOOD COMPANY BUT SOME OF THE REPAIR MEN WERE RUDE, AND JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SENT OUT A COUPLE DIFFERENT REPAIR MAN AND THE SECOND ONE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORKING IN CUSTOMER HOMES.

OUR STOVE NEEDED FIXED AND WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I JUST CALL THE 1-800 NUMBER AND THE MAYTAG THAT IS NEARBY WILL COME. I LIKE THEM, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAYTAG WAS NOT A GOOD ONE. THEY DECLINED TO FIX THE STOVE FOR SOME REASON, AND WE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER STOVE. I REALLY FELT THAT THE STOVE COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED.

I FELT THAT THEIR PRICES WERE TOO HIGH. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE RESPONDED MORE QUICKLY. I FELT THAT THE TECH WAS HELPFUL. WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT AROUND FOR THEM TO COME OUT.

This is a well known company. They were very courteous and set a time to come and look at my dishwasher. The service man came out and really didn't say a whole lot. I told him my problem, and he took some time looking it over, and never was able to fix my problem. I did call Maytag, and they offered another serviceman. They didn't charge me for the first one.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT, AND UNDERSTANDING. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION. HE ALSO GAVE ME TIPS ON AVOIDING PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED, BUT FELT IT WAS SOMEWHAT PRICEY.

They did a real good job and the customer service is excellent. They were on time and I didn't get ripped off. They are a very high quality company. They know what they are doing. The price was reasonable and they were on time.
