What stand out the most about their customer service is that they have easy returns. They were helpful; the people at the return desk particularly were very helpful.

Countertop and Backsplash Service
The countertop installers did an excellent job, including fixing problems with the initial measuring. The problem was our new oven and dishwasher didn't fit because the counters were too low (35 1/4''). Our contractor had to rebuild the oven cab, lowering the base so the oven fits. The dishwasher can't be completely squeezed in; the install tabs stick out on top. We've since heard other Zodiac dealers install a plywood substrate and thinner countertop, with applied lip, for a total height of 36''. That additional 3/4'' would have solved all problems. The cheaper product from Lowes ended up causing us numerous problems.

They did a good job with showing up and providing the service that I asked for. The price was a little high, so I am not sure if I would use them again. The work that they did was good. They employees who did the work were very professional and cleaned up after themselves as they left no mess behind.

IT WAS PRETTY GOOD; SERVICE WAS A BIT SLOW, BUT ONCE WE FOUND THE RIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON HE HELPED US AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED SWITCHES TO GO WITH THEM AND EXTRA PARTS THAT WERE NEEDED TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED.
