It turns out that the drain pan under the A/C coil in the attic was not positioned properly, the drain lines were oriented uphill as they leave the cooling unit as well as uphill again when they got under the house, and when the company doing the repairs checked the pressure on the compressor they found that the compressor had been over charged, resulting in an unnecessarily high load on the system, which could result in early failure. The repairs are going to cost less than the amount I saved on the low bid, but in hindsight I would pay the higher bid for a more reputable company to do the job right the first time.

I believe GOSAL is an "A+" service provider, but have to must rank GOSAL an "A" because they didn't notify me that were running late until 15 min after their appointment time then arrived 15 min later making them 30 min late to the job site.
BTW, they finished the job "ON TIME" and in budget.
