Computer Repair
Byte the Beast sent a technician out to repair a computer that would not turn off. The reset button was shorted out and was on constantly. This was replaced in 45 minutes. The technician was well mannered and did not try to fix and charge me for problems that were not there. I thought they were a pretty honest group.
