They were the worst. I called them on Saturday and they charged me $65, they didn't even pull the unit from the wall. They didn't have any English skills, broken English. No wording on their service truck. They were rude, uncaring and I would not use them again. Requested an additional $150 to drain the washer tub, which I did myself. They told me the motor had failed but have been told by other organizations that it is not common in Maytag appliances.

They were good, they came out the same day that I called. It was even a little after hours, so that was splendid. The price was competitive for everything that I understood.
