I bought a new computer, but the keys weren't working right. I talked to them over the phone about the problem, and they said it sounded like a serious problem and advised that I take it back to where I bought it. When I did, they told me that my "number lock" key was on. Any computer consultant should have known that. Later, when the technician came to my home for the install, he did not seem very knowledgeable. It could have just been the technician they happened to send out, because they do have about 5, but he was not to the standard one would expect based on the recommendation from Angie's List.

I had my computer cleaned up by a different company before ACR, but the results did not last. The pop ups came back. Since ACR cleaned my computer, I have not had any problems for over 6 months. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with the extra service I received at no additional cost.
