Architectural Service
First, he broke the contract-ended up charging over three times the original contract for "overages", then he proceeded to take three (!) years to produce a set of plans that could pass plan review (took three tries and I think the City took pity on us the last time). If my husband was not the General Contractor on our project, it could have bankrupted us due to the nearly complete uselessness of the plans (my personal favorite: the floor plan and the foundation plan footprints did not match up!) Do not let this guy draw plans for your dog's house!
