 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They removed all the product that a previous company had used and damaged my floor with. They then sanded and repaired my floor and brought it bad to it's original luster. It took more time than the original company but it was done properly and well worth the 3 days of extra time it took. I could hardly believe my eyes at how incredible my floor looks. They not only had to take four coats off from the other company but then they re sanded and put product on again. They were very careful to prevent dust from getting into the rest of my home and yet worked with me to make my home still livable. My floor will last with the way it was re finished.
Description of Work: Removed previous refinished product ( from another company ) off and then sanded and refinished my kitchen floor beautifully

Description of Work: I purchased laminate flooring off the internet for my home in Mendocino. This particular laminate is a free floating floor that came in pieces just like tongue and groove hardwood flooring and needed to be cut to look right. My home is in California and I am in Colorado and while I had other bids, it became clear that the people placing the other bids had never laid this type of flooring. Rick I believe has laid every kind of flooring known to man. Rick has quality workers that are always on time and had to travel one and a half hours one way to arrive at my home. The floor turned out beautiful, and every area that needed transition pieces Rick made sure it was done to perfection. On top of this type of professionalism that everyone wants and looks for Ricks bid was the lowest. There is a local business in the area of my home that gave me Ricks name as a person to do the job as well as Angie's list. Rick gave me a set time and was there and finished early and he laid over 1200 square feet of flooring. The other half of the home has terra cotta tile. Since then we lost some of the paperwork to include in our taxes. I called Rick up, the next day he sent me copies of everything and was happy to do it. I could have been taken advantage of considering the fact I live in another state, but Rick is a man that is honest, hardworking, and will not charge for anything that is unnecessary. I highly recommend Rick for any of your hardwood or laminate flooring needs. You will never be sorry. David and Nancy Berry

 + -1 moreHe did a great job. The product has been discontinued, so I was worried. I heard many couldn't lay the product, which is a laminate floor, correctly. The installation was perfection. I was extremely relieved and pleased. Sometimes no matter how much people have paid for it, it has areas where it looks buckled. Because Rick knew how to lay it every area looked perfect. I can't say enough good things about him. He's trustworthy.
Description of Work: Rick's Installation Services put the floor in 1100 square feet of flooring for me.
