At the appointment, they ascertained that my vehicle needed a new back-up camera. While they were examining my vehicle, their courtesy van shuttled my grandson and me to the shopping center. When I called for pick-up, they were prompt in retrieving us and even loaded my purchases into the shuttle and THEN into my car! Back at the dealership, they informed me that they would order the back-up camera and call as soon as it arrived with the assurance that they would have a vehicle there for me to drive while repairs were being made. I prepared to leave, noticing a newly washed car waiting for me. The following week I needed to be back in the area for a trip with family and the new camera had already arrived so I was able to have it installed, and once again, I left the dealership with a newly washed car! Thank you Ken Fowler Motors for everything, including your polite staff!

I have now bought 5 vehicles over the years from this dealership, I cannot recommend them more highly, wonderful sales and service dept. they really try to please. and service is always the highest quality. .
