. The initial contact walked the property with me and noted my needs and concerns and was reported to be a cerifified arborist. Trees and and view are a significant part of my property value and I need them cared for properly. On the appointed day he arrivied with a crew and walked through the plan with his foreman and myself. I marked trees to be removed in red and those to be trimmed with green. I hung signs on key trees to remind them about how they were to be trimmed. Evidently after I went to work the arborist left and the foreman and trimmers continued. Key trees between properties were skirted up and not windowed out as agreed ,now I see more of that house and not more of the lake. My grand old oak was little over trimmed or thinned out. The wood and branches were chipped and left as agreed. The chipping was so crude that some branches were over 3 feet long, and chunks of wood up to 6 inches in diameter and 3 inches long were tossed in. One tree shredded into the pile was not even from work on my property. I hired a crew from another service to help me rake the two dump truck loads into useable and nonuseable and quot;chipand quot;. The paid the new crew to haul away nearly 1/2 the wood debris. I boxed up a sample of those raw supposed chips and returned them to his business. There was no response to this complaint. I also complained as the truck backed over the lawn leaving 4 to 6 inch ruts in places. One tree I wanted trimmed was exactly right.

It was about a year ago. He did a nice job.
