Thank goodness the accident was not my fault. Their insurance co. covered all of the repairs and car rental. Everybody was professional and efficient.

Excellent from first contact to car pickup.
They have rental cars right there as part of their service.
They handled the 3rd party's insurance.
My vehicle came back to me all shiny and much cleaner than I left it with them :)

I was unhappy before the service truck arrived, because the driver had told me I'd have to pay an extra $50 because my home (and my car) are 2.5 miles up a gravel road. I'd never had a charge like that from AAA before, but apparently it's a new AAA policy to allow tow services to charge it. It's optional for the towing company, but they wouldn't budge.
I needed to get my car started, so I had them come anyway. The driver apologized about the extra charge, but said he was required by his employer to charge it. He was very polite, respectful and professional about it.
