 + -1 moreI purchased some gopher repellant, followed the directions and applied it. Reapplied it and reapplied it again. I had no luck with the product. Being used to Home Depot and Walmart(whose policy is customer satisfaction ) I proceeded to take the empty bottle and the receipt into the store Sunday to ask for a refund. The manager informed me Noone else had ever returned it and refused to give me a refund, nor did he offer any other compensation. Needless to say they have lost this customer. I will be going to those stores I can trust to not sell me a product that fails to perform and then tell me 'too bad '.
Description of Work: I needed to return an item that failed to perform. The item was gopher repellant which didn't repel my gopher.
