"Hello [Member name removed] First I would like to apologize if you are not completely satisfied with the job we provided. It is always our intention to offer the best possible customer service we can. As we discussed at the time of your project, (Feb. 2015), metal roofing is a custom order and is not returnable. It is standard practice to order a little over the expected amount due to cutting and fitting of pieces, as needed. This way all the material comes from the same batch, making the color lot all the same. If I was to come up short in ordering EXACTLY to the roof measurements, we would most likely have a color variation with a second batch. As I remember, we discussed the leftover materials and, at that time, you had expressed a desire to keep the panels and we stacked them for you where you wanted them and that was that. If they are in your way, I can arrange to have them picked up and we will discard them. There is no charge for that but I cannot offer you a full refund either as I cannot return them. I would be happy to discuss an alternative compensation with you if you are open to that. Had you expressed your dissatisfaction immediately after the job, we would have been happy to remove them when we left the property. Please let me know if you want us to come out to pick up these extra panels and I will arrange to have that done within 2 weeks. "Unfortunately, the price for cleaning gutters seems expensice to alot of clients. However, they need to consider that I send experienced roofers, of which I pay steep Workers Compensation rates for, to do the work. Sending fully insured and experienced roofers is what protects the homeowner from someone getting hurt on their property. We also clean off the roof and haul away all debris. I hope this helps ease the pain of the expense put out for such services. We appreciate any customer input because it helps us serve the client better. I wish I could reduce the rate for this service but its just not possible."
