They gave me an estimate of $18000. The guy's name is Vaughn Mobley, and he is very easy to talk to and gives the impression that he really knows his stuff. He was very prompt, he was right here when he said he would be here for appointments. He was very knowledgeable and just very genial, real nice guy to deal with. Based on my dealing with him, I would be inclined to call him to work on the heater and air conditioner. I didn't ask for a second bid, but I think that what he is quoting me is well within the ballpark. I would use them again in the future; I don't think that we are going to go ahead with the installation right now.
