Robert May personally came to review our situation. He was very responsive, courteous and professional. I called Wednesday night, received a prompt call back the following morning and scheduled a visit on Friday. An estimate was provided within a couple hours and requested them to come back asap. They were originally all booked up the rest of the day and requested a callback if an opening came up. They called a couple hours later and squeezed me in as their last appointment. The owner, Robert and another person came over, completed the job, left no mess and provided me a guarantee of the work they performed. A neighbor had told me about this and now I'm signing up for their regular service. Didn't know something like this existed. Can't say enough good things about the entire process.
