+ -1 moreToo much government over-regulation in this business to make it easy and efficient. They weren't able to explain choices and I was quite dis-satisfied.
Description of Work: It took about 5 months to complete a simple refinance. On a transaction with low loan to value, 800 credit score and everything else that should make it quick and painless.
