631BEWARE - DO NOT ENGAGE WITH STRICTLY MOBILES IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR
MOBILE HOME AT A FAIR PRICE. Ann and Jerry Bennett are NOT qualified
realtors, they are mobile home dealers, which they do not disclose when
presenting their service soliciting your listing. Further, they DO NOT
cooperate with qualified realtors representing qualified buyers, only
offering a $1,000 finders fee to the only agents who can represent a
qualified buyer- NOT A SPLIT (as is industry standard) OF THE $6,000
COMMISSION THAT THEY DEMAND for their less than productive
representation. This results in having a chilling affect when real
estate agents who are familiar with Jerry's stingy policy and are
showing properties to their qualified buyers, such that you will have a
sign in your front yard that notifies any real estate that drives by to
steer clear of your property. Then when time goes by and no one is
wanting to see your listing, Jerry will say to you that you need to
lower your price because he isn't getting any calls. Really? Go
figure...then Ann will lie about responses from lookers who arranged to
see the property before realizing that they will not be appropriately
compensated for bringing their client to the table. BEWARE - DO NOT
