General Remodeling
Everything was fine until we moved in. Things that went wrong included: leaky windows, improper door installation, pipe problems in the walls that are leaking and rattling, not paying subcontractors (still even after 3 years), and the balcony deck leaking. We also had a leaky shower tub they installed and didn't fix. The same tile layer installed glass tile upside down.
The painters that were subcontracted did not do a good job, either. They did interior and exterior painting. Things that needed 2 or 3 coats only got 1 so I had to hire another painting crew to repaint everything.
I've had to hire additional contractors (after giving them THREE years to fix these issues) with no resolution and am having to spend close to $40,000 for additional repairs.
