Rebecca's House Cleaning Service

Rebecca and her crew were fantastic! They cleaned our rental property which had never been cleaned by our old renters. It was in bad shape. When they left it was sparkling, and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!!

It went fabulously they were very good and thorough. They did everything asked of them. Francisco was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them highly to others

I needed deep cleaning in my bathrooms and kitchen . I give Rebecca's housecleaning a A+. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them and will use them again.

This is my first time using their service, so glad I did. I’m so pleased with the quality of their work, their courteousness, and their professionalism, that I’ve hired them to come back every week. Co-owners Rebecca and her son, Francisco, came with a third female associate to clean my 2400 sq ft home, with 5 bdrms, 3 full baths, laundry room with sink, kitchen and great room, carpeted second floor and stairs, with wooden floor downstairs. They did a great job. A fourth associate joined for the last hour. Everything was sparkling clean when they left. I appreciate that they promptly respond to their Angie's List messages, too. Overall ease of communication was great. Quality of work was great, too. Thank you, Rebecca and Francisco!

We have  a wood flloor, and a brand new sofa, say less than a month old. They went to mop and threw the dirty area rugs onto the couch so they could mop. Disgusting, the dirtiest thing in the house dirty side down on my new sofa. Yuck.

Rebecca's staff was so efficient and pleasant. They did an awesome job with very little instruction.
They had quite a bit of dusting to do including all the floor to ceiling bookshelves, woodwork, wainscoating, and crown molding. The ladies didn't miss a spot.
I was so appreciative as to how much care they showed to my fragile items from my grandmother.
I'm having them back. I suppose that alone answers all questions about how I feel about Rebbecca's services and her staff!

Cleaners showed up an hour late. They had no cleaning supplies, so they used ours. They skipped an entire room. Since they had no supplies, they used all our rags, leaving us with a huge pile of soiled rags to launder. I'm also pretty sure they used one of our bath tiles to wipe up the bathroom.

I needed my house cleaned prior to entertaining for the Easter holiday.  I contacted them the week of Easter and they were quick to respond and schedule the cleaning appt. for thursday before Easter.  The price was fair and a 3 person crew showed up on time, were very polite and got right to work.  About 2/3 of the way into the cleaning I was standing in my kitchen and it literally started raining water out of one of the recessed lights.  The master bathroom is directly above the kitchen.  When I yelled up and ran upstairs to the bathroom, there was water all over the bathroom floor that they had obviously tried to clean up quickly when they heard me yelling upstairs.  They had essentially flooded the bathroom floor and let the water sit long enough that it took the paint right off my brand new base boards and ran underneath the base board, down the wall and into my kitchen.  When I explained to them that they had let too much water get on the floor, they tried to say they didn't and that the water must have come from the shower.  I called their office and there was no answer so I left a message.  The cleaners proceeded to finish cleaning the house and I received a text from a Diana who said she was texting on behalf of Rebecca.  She apologized for the "accident" and proceeded to make the excuse that one of her cleaners sent her a photo and that the tile "seems to be disintegrating" and she did "not think the cleaners were responsible since cleaning the bathroom requires use of water".   Here is my problem with her snippy responce.......  1.  We have lived in this house for a year and that shower is used by multiple people on a daily basis and not once have we ever had it rain in our kitchen!  2.  I clean the bathroom floor with water, but I certainly do not use so much water that it creates puddles of water sitting on the floor and takes the paint of my baseboards.  
 The crew that was at the house finished the rest of the house and apologized again and gave me a $10 discount off my cleaning.  $10...really?  They ruined my baseboards and made it rain in my kitchen...seams like there should have been more of a discount to me.  Once they left and I started looking around, I noticed dust bunnies still under much of the furniture downstairs that I then had to get on my hands and knees to clean...wasn't that what they should have done?  
Overall, the crew was very polite and punctual but that's where the positives end.  I would not use them again.
