PACIFIC CARPET CLEANING

They came in on a Saturday January 28 at 9:30 am. It was Alex and the owner Jeff Bryant. Jeff helped Alex set up the carpet cleaning and they set up a pump sprayer that exploded in my bedroom. A yellow chemical went all over my carpet and furniture. They proceeded to try to cover it up but it will not come out. They got another sprayer and sprayed the carpet with tile cleaner made of acid, which ate up the carpet. When the owner Jeff was cleaning the bathroom floor he had Alex come and vacuum up the residue. There was black from the grout all over my bathroom and marble. Jeff said that happens all the time but it would not come up. They told me to not walk on the carpet for a few days so we went to a hotel. When we got back the carpet was discolored and the grout in the kitchen andd bathroom was gone.  My granite counter is gouched and had a huge discoloration like the carpet.  Jeff came out to fill in the tile and he scratched and gouched the tile with a bucket and once again he said it happens all the time. They have no license and no insurance. I asked for there insurance information 15 times and they wouldnt give it to me. They have moved twice in the last 6 months. Currently me and my neighbors are taking them to court. The last time I talked to Shannon Bryant, she hung up on me and had her husband Jeff call me. He proceeded to swear at me and said good luck finding me.
