They come out every couple of months to spray for ants and spiders. We had a huge ant problem a year ago and after the first treatment, the ants issue went away.


Very nice staff and Lucas is great.

We worked with Lucas who came out to spray our house for a major ant problem. We had just moved in and it seems that the condo complex itself has a problem with ants as we heard our neighbors complain about it as well, however, Lucas was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. The first time through got almost everything, but we did see a few residual ants, and - even creepier - the spraying successfully flushed some black widows out of a nest, but one of them was just dazed, so we decided a second run through might be a good idea. Lucas came out free of charge, noted the few ants that were still there (I was very picky and he was extremely nice about it all) and did a second spray through free of charge. We will definitely be using him in the future!
