OC Moving Services

Movers arrived just after the end of the quoted time slot and started the move. They did a great job of wrapping the furniture (sofas and chairs). When nearly all of the items had been unloaded at the new address we got a call from our neighbor at the old address to tell us that they had seen the movers drop our washer down a flight of external steps. They had not told us about this and had left the stretch wrap on the washer. When i asked them why they had not told us about the damage the lead mover said 'yeah we dropped it, what do you want me to do about it'. This is the most unprofessional attitude I have ever had the misfortune to experience from someone i have hired to provide a service. We are still waiting (10 days later) for OC Moving Services to tell us what they plan to do about the damage. Meanwhile we do not have a working washer and they don't seem to be too concerned about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
