Our business is family owned and operated. We have some subcontractors but they are not usually necessary. When required, our subcontractors have worked with us for at least 10 years or longer. We are licensed in California (#487497), bonded, and insured. Our estimating process is always provided FREE of charge. We offer discounts to seniors and will gladly help assure independent living for elderly folks wishing to remain in their home. OCContractor, Inc., and Sons provide complete bathroom remodeling. We specialize in providing elegant and affordable, easy-to-clean materials. We also do small jobs related to interior remodeling and safety features for senior citizens. We are family-owned and operated - skilled craftsmen, serving Orange County for over 50 years. My father John, myself Dan, and my three sons Jerod, Jordan, and Joey. We have an unblemished reputation and we over see every detail of your job. We have many referrals available. We buy everything with you! This company has worked for me over the course of 18 years. I have lived in 3 different homes during this time and OC Contractor did the remodeling on all of the bathrooms and one kitchen. We're talking about gutting the rooms and starting from scratch. I have nothing bad to say! They weren't the cheapest, but they were the best - getting each bathroom done in 7 days with beautiful results.

It went very well. Dan was professional and straightforward in providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and performing the work to fit our schedule. He and his boys do good work with attention to detail, and we were very pleased with the results. When we noticed a few pencil marks left on the baseboards, Dan was diligent in following up and coming back to remove them. I would use Dan for future work and would recommend him highly.

THEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF. IF I CALL UP TECH SUPPORT WITH A QUESTION THEY WILL WALK ME THROUGH IT. IT'S REASONABLE. I BELIEVE SOME OF THE COMPETITION IS FIFTY OR SIXTY DOLLARS MORE A YEAR.
