They were here for the first time to do a Deep Cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning, but missed a few small areas and I pointed them out and they went back to clean those areas with a positive attitude. The initial response time, customer service was excellent. However, no one from the company has followed up with me to see how I liked the service. Further, I told the person who made the appointment with me, and the team leader who came to my house that I wanted to continue with weekly service. I didn't hear back from them to schedule more days so after 3 days, I called back and spoke to someone who said he wold get back to me. He never did. I am disappointed in the lack of consistency in regard to customer service.

This was a one time clean for a week rental. Helen and mother did a great job. A bit more than I normally pay for this service but I was grateful to have them come on a Saturday with little notice so all is good.

Okay, this Mom and Son spent 2.5 hours deep cleaning but there was still soap residue on the shower door and spots on the tile; then they presented me with A bill for $250. Next time Ill definitely use European House Cleaning. These people are GROSSLY over priced.

We have a policy in the Company that we do not take payment until the customer does a walk-through of the property at the end of the service to ensure 100% satisfaction. It got reported that you were asked to do so and even told them Great Job! In regards to price, we do not start a job before client's approval. I should also mention this was a move-out service, which typically the cost is more than a recurring cleaning service, since it requires significantly more work.
