Design phase went OK but they were difficult to contact during the planning phase which made scheduling difficult. More importantly they refused to follow up on the issues we found after the work was complete such as stripped screws used for the cabinet doors and LED lights that continue to blink intermittently.

There was a woman and she said that it had not been connected or installed properly. They couldn't come out right away, it took them a week to ten days to come, which was inconvenient. She did a good job to fix it and she explained everything.
