Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The whole situation was HORRIBLE!! I need to get my ring re-sized and re-dipped before the wedding, but after seeing how they can lie so easily when selling a ring... I do not want trust them to do anything to my ring. I will NEVER go back in there again! The worst part is, about a month after all this occurred, I had told about 10-15 people about our experience with jewelry store, and EVERYONE says that they all had heard it before. If I would have known how little they care for their clients, I never would have suggested it to my fiancee.
