Mark did an outstanding job! He is extremely knowledgable and pays great attention to detail. He scheduled us quickly, followed-up, and was even early on inspection day to get a head-start on such a big house. Mark is very professional, thorough, friendly and patient. We are first time home buyers, so we had lots of questions, and Mark patiently and expertly answered them all. He made our inspection day a fun and educational experience. Mark went over everything with us, and sent our inspection report to us that night. It was very easy to read and full of helpful photos. He also answered some questions we had later on in the week, and he was very prompt in his replies and so very helpful. Mark also has a terrific website for his company, and all his equipment is the best and most high-tech. We are so happy to find someone like Mark who is honest, friendly, and hard working. We want to spread the word so others can have a terrific experience like we did.

I met Mark Ingraffia at a home inspection for a house my brother in law was purchasing. He struck me as extremely knowledgeable and nice. He was giving so much extra information that was above and beyond what some inspectors would give. I was going to be in the market for a house in the near future. I told myself," this is the guy I want watching my back". I got his card and sent him an email when it was my turn. Mark was easy to set up the appointment with. He arrived on time and was very thorough. He had his work cut out for him as the house I was purchasing was not maintained well and had a pain in the neck relative of the owner living there. Even having this cranky guy looking over his shoulder the whole time did not keep Mark from going through every nook and cranny of a 2600 sq ft. house. He gave me a laundry list of things that needed attention. He also gave me accurate off the top of his head estimates as to what these things would cost to fix. All of this information helped me decide whether to keep the transaction going, or to bail. He did not push any vendors on me. Only after I asked, did he give me numbers to a couple of hvac guys he has personally worked with in the past. Both of which were top notch.  I will be recommending Mark Ingraffia to anyone I know purchasing a home. Thanks Mark
