I spoke to an Angie's list representative & pre-paid for a deep cleaning 4 hrs. I got a confirmation email from Handy Home. Joanna arrived 45 minutes late, cleaned the stove, left a mess in my kitchen, and deserted the job in less than 45 minutes. She that the products she brought were all chemicals (Ajax) & that she will go to her car & be right back with her other products & vacuum cleaner. She didn't return. I've contacted Handy and can only hope for a full refund at this time. I am still waiting.I was just released from the hospital 4 days ago with a cancer diagnosis and I wanted my house cleaned so I can feel better and I am too weak to keep up with my housework. I even told Joanna this and why my house needs cleaning. To experience this is so hurtful on so many levels I just can't comprehend
