John, Carlos, & Guillermo responded promptly, and were able to remove all the wet material, bring in fans & dehumidifiers, and save our cabinets the same day we called. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and very thorough, documenting everything for the insurance company. They put plastic sheeting over our cabinets, to minimize the dust damage the fans would cause. They even used plastic sheeting to partition off the entire kitchen from the rest of the house, to contain the dust damage to just one room. This was very much appreciated by my wife.
For what it's worth, if you are ever in a similar position, DO NOT try to contain the water damage yourself. They have special moisture-sensing instruments, and found that the water from the second leak had traveled all the way to the other side of our kitchen (a surprise to us - but it WAS wet there). Within 2 days, our moisture readings in the walls had dropped from 100% to 6%, and we avoided any mold.
These guys are great! Do not hesitate to give them a call if you ever need restoration services.
