Three guys arrived on time, and worked together as a team to move the contents of two mobile storage pods up to a 4th-floor condominium. The elevator speed things up, but we have about 35 boxes of heavy books, and BIG pieces of furniture. They had to carry the prairie-style sofa up the stairs because it was just too big.
They worked carefully and did no damage to belongings or hallways. My possessions were treated with care and respect. The guys worked intelligently as a team to stage things for maximum efficiency in the procedures. As requested, there was at least one team member near the building door and pods at all times to prevent theft in this urban area.
The guys were polite, cooperative, and mindful of the noise level and access needs of my neighbors.
Charge was $130/hour for three hard-working guys, plus gas and travel to my location.
